during the b12 festival, i was mainly in charge of volunteer coordination and micro-management.
during my several years of experience working for the festival, I acquired skills related to multi-level organization, maintaining communication between festival helpers, organizers, teachers, guest artists, etc.
daily registrations, conducting tests during pandemics, taking care of both the group of people working for the festival and its participants or the staff of the eden studios (berlin) location were just a few of the many responsibilities of this position.
